Ambroz Day is one of the most special moments of the Magical Autumn. The activities take place in Hervás, and begin with a tasty Gastronomic Tasting in which the women's associations of the 8 municipalities of the Ambroz Valley collaborate, with traditional recipes for migas, patatas revolconas, morros, stew, zorongollo, pickled potatoes, picadillo , fried milk or florets and nutsedges, among others. Also demonstration and tasting of ham cutting.

• Craft market (from 12:00 p.m.. until 19:00 p.m.), on Hervás Pedestrian Street.
• Magical Adventure Parade Mr. Autumn. Fantastic parade with the show “Giants of light” of Yera Teatro, along with the pyrotechnics of “Cavaltheos Foc”, by the company Scura, accompanying Don Autumn and presenting to his partner the new Forest fairy. Departure: 18:30 p.m. Route between the roundabout and the youth center of Hervás, ending at the roundabout.
