Ambroz Day is one of the most special moments of the Magical Autumn. The activities take place in Hervás and begin with a delicious Gastronomic Tasting, a collaborative effort between women's associations from the eight municipalities of the Ambroz Valley. They will be showcasing traditional recipes such as migas (fried breadcrumbs), patatas revolconas (mashed potatoes with paprika and bacon), morros (pig's snout), caldereta (a fish stew), zorongollo (a salad), patatas escabechás (pickled potatoes), picadillo (a hash), leche frita (fried milk), and floretas and coquillos (small, sweet pastries), among others. New this year is the participation of the Culinary Arts and Gastronomy program at the IES Valle del Ambroz high school. There will also be a ham carving demonstration and tasting.

Fantastic parade with the show “NOMADESH” from La Fame Teatre, along with the pyrotechnics of “FIRE OF THE SEA”, by the company Xarxa Teatre, accompanying Don Autumn and the Forest fairy. Departure: 18:30 p.m. Route between the roundabout and the youth center of Hervás, ending at the roundabout.
