Three tables, three hours and three themes.

They will not count at the first table What has happened?They will tell us about what our forests were like until now, what the Jarilla forest fire was like, and why the fires we suffer today are happening. We will have Francisco Castañares, president of the Extremadura Association of Forestry Companies, Pedro Emilio López, historian and chronicler of Hervás, and José J. Calvo del Soler, Forestry Technical Engineer and head of the fire watch who experienced the fire firsthand.

In the second panel we will try to clear up myths. We will have the participation of Antonio González, a farmer with cherry and olive trees in the region, Ignacio Sánchez, forestry engineer and ADENEX technician, César Martin, cattle farmer and mayor of Segura de Toro, and Jose Maria Carter, Natural Environment agent in the region.

And at the third table, we will hear inspiring ideas, projects that could be implemented in our region in the future. We will have... José Gabriel Gonzálezz, coordinator of the Vettonia association that works on the reforestation of native forest, Natividad Alviz, shepherd of firefighter goats and president of the Mosaico association, Fernando J. Pulidor, PhD in Sciences from the UEX and expert in agro-silvo-pastoral regeneration and restoration and of Julio Majadas, which participates in various projects related to the resolution of environmental conflicts and participation.
