Later, at 12h AM At the Hotel Sinagoga de Hervás we can enjoy a showcooking about mushrooms by the chef Antonio Barragán who will tell us about cooking with mushrooms and will prepare two tapas that attendees can taste. People who have attended the outing to pick mushrooms have priority, until capacity is reached (100 SEATS).

And finally from 16h AM An exhibition will be set up in the Plaza de La Corredera de Hervás with the collected specimens, and at 17:00 p.m. the mycologist will give an explanatory talk about the exhibition.
