Mycological day, includes the following activities:

• Organized departure for mushroom picking with the mycologist José Ignacio Sánchez Morales. Prior registration required (100 places) from October 27th to October 31st, or until places are filled. Departure 9:30 h. Chestnut alley next to the Hervás Park roundabout.
• ShowCooking: Live mushroom cooking workshop and tasting (priority for those registered for the mushroom outing), 12:30 p.m. Synagogue Hotel, Hervás.
• Showroom of the mushrooms collected and display of cultivated mycological products. From 16:00 p.m. in the Picnic area at the Abadía Natural Pool.

On the afternoon of November 2nd, alongside the mushroom exhibition, you can take part in a workshop on growing mushrooms on logs. Want to take one home? (Price €11 each, payable on-site to Micoambroz, the workshop organizer).

The proceeds from the registration fees for this route will go to AFEAVA (Association of Families and Patients with Alzheimer's and Other Dementias of the Ambroz and Trasierra Valley and Tierras de Granadilla).
