Projection on the relationship of mushrooms with man.

Sunday October 30, we will meet at 10h AM on C/ Braulio Navas (pedestrian) in Hervás, next to the park roundabout. There we will organize different groups to go out and collect mushrooms, accompanied by the mycologist. Jose Ignacio Sanchez. (100 places available, registration from October 24 on this page)

Later, at 12: 30 pm At the Hotel Sinagoga de Hervás we can enjoy a showcooking on mushrooms by the chef Antonio Barragán who will tell us about cooking with mushrooms and will prepare two tapas that attendees can taste. We will also learn about the products of MicoAmbroz. People who have attended the outing to pick mushrooms have priority, until capacity is reached (100 places).

And finally from 15h AM and even 17h AM An exhibition will be set up in the Plaza de La Corredera de Hervás with the collected specimens, and at 17: 00h the mycologist will give a explanatory talk about the exhibition.
