ASTROTOURISM "THE STATION"
Aldeanueva del Camino | What to See and Do
Astronomical experiences:
- Night sky observations for groups led by a certified astronomical instructor Starlight
- Identification of stars using a laser pointer
- Curiosities about the firmament
- Legends and myths about constellations
- Observation with professional telescopes
Guided by an astronomical monitor with Starlight certification, we will take an approach to the celestial vault, we will learn to orient ourselves in the night sky, we will recognize the main visible constellations, we will learn curiosities about the Solar System and we will end with some legend about the mythology that is hidden behind the constellations.
The talk will be accompanied by dynamics that will surprise both adults and children and will help them better understand the explanations.
Later, we will be able to observe the most recognized planets in the Solar System through professional telescopes. We will see the seas and craters of the Moon (if it is in the visible phase) and we will be able to observe some deep sky objects such as star clusters.
Finally, you will have a souvenir of the activity in the form of a photograph, either with your own mobile phone through the telescope or a group photo at the end of the session.
Introduction workshops to night photography and astrophotography.
- Startrail, circumpular, night landscape photography and lightpainting.
- The workshops will be held for a minimum group of 4 people
