The Chestnut Tree of Corbiche is declared a unique tree by the Government of Extremdura and is approximately 500 years old. This chestnut tree was the thickest in the entire town and possibly one of the largest in Spain. Inside, hollow, the beasts slept in the hot hours. It had a trunk with a perimeter greater than 13 meters. It is located in Las Traviesas and is estimated to be more than 500 years old. It is declared a Singular Tree by the Government of Extremadura, so it is protected.
