The Interpretation Centre is located in a traditional house on Castañar Street, renovated and adapted for this purpose as part of the Alba Plata project, and was opened to the public in May 2001. It offers the opportunity to learn about the origin and history of this ancient route as it passes through the region, through a rigorous yet engaging explanation. This information is presented using various media: explanatory panels; monitors with dynamic photographs; an audiovisual presentation; four interactive screens allowing for a virtual tour along the route; and an interactive kiosk where 360º photographs can be viewed.

Summer hours (from April 01st to September 30th)
Mornings: Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00
Evenings: Tuesday to Saturday from 17:00 PM to 20:00 PM

Winter schedule (from October 1st to March 31st)
Mornings: Tuesday to Sunday from 09:30 to 14:30
Afternoons: Tuesday to Saturday from 16 to 18 pm
