The "Corral de los Lobos" is the name of the place where an old trap for hunting wolves is located, in the form of a stone corral at ground level. The operation was as follows: a bait was left to call the wolf, which would jump into the corral without realizing that its special construction (with smooth stone and high walls) would prevent it from leaving again, thus being captured.
