Termarium is a festival that takes place in Baños de Montemayor, where you can get lost in this town and go back two thousand years in the time tunnel and relive the time when the Roman spa was built. Feel like an authentic Roman. The fortune tellers, haruspids, senators or tribunes mingle with neighbors and visitors who can even blend in with the party and dress like a Julius Caesar, a Claudius or an Agrippina of the time. An entire town takes to the streets to recover its Roman legacy and show what life was like in a Roman villa in the 1st century AD. You can enjoy guided tours of the Baths Spa and the Roman Tapa Route. At the end of the day you can see the theatrical performance “The Senator's Intention”, where the neighbors themselves become actors and actresses to remind viewers of the comedies of Terence or Plautus.
