XXII edition of Magical Autumn 2019
The 22nd edition of the Magic Autumn in the Ambroz Valley, a Nature Festival with capital letters that brings hiking, music, magic, gastronomy... sounds, colors, flavors and smells for the enjoyment of the senses. There are more than 70 activities and there is something for all tastes.
It is a Festival of National Tourist Interest since 2017 that takes place in a valley protected by lush forests and high mountains that surround its eight towns: Abadía, Aldeanueva del Camino, Baños de Montemayor, Casas del Monte, Gargantilla, Hervás, La Garganta and Bull Insurance.
It is a choral festival, in which the 8.000 inhabitants of Ambroz come together to show the visitor the best of this special place. The lush chestnut and oak forests, many centuries old and with their own names, dress in their best colors before releasing their leaves to prepare for winter. It is time for chestnuts, mushrooms, the smell of fire and wet leaves. It is time for magic, it is time for the Ambroz Valley and Extremadura.

Starting at 13:00 p.m. We will attend cheese making in the traditional way, and we will be able to taste artisan cheeses.
We can also enjoy a tasty plate of revolconas potatoes prepared by the La Garganta Women's Association.
