Signposted routes for hiking, mountain biking, road cycling and mountain running. The most popular, the Chorrera, runs parallel to the Ambroz River, until reaching a beautiful waterfall.

For the most prepared, the Pinajarro peak is posed as an acceptable challenge, as is the beautiful route of Bosques del Ambroz both in the direction of La Garganta and towards Gargantilla.

The gentle undulation of the Vía Verde – Camino Natural de La Plata makes it perfect terrain for cycling. The Heidi Track offers the greatest gradient, one of the most traditional routes in Extremadura.
