Ambroz Day is one of the most special moments of the Magical Autumn. The activities take place in Hervás and kick off with a tasty Gastronomic Tasting where women’s associations from the 8 municipalities of the Ambroz Valley collaborate, offering traditional recipes such as migas (breadcrumbs), patatas revolconas (mashed potatoes), morros (snout stew), caldereta (stew), zorongollo (pepper salad), patatas escabechás (pickled potatoes), picadillo (minced meat), leche frita (fried milk), floretas, and coquillos, among others. There will also be a demonstration and tasting of ham cutting.

• Degustación gastronómica, demostración y degustación de corte de jamón: Starting at 1:00 p.m. until supplies last, at the Hervás Pavilion.
• Mercado de artesanía (from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.): On Peatonal Street in Hervás.
• Desfile de la aventura mágica de Don Otoño: A fantastic parade featuring the “Giants of Light” show by Yera Teatro, alongside the pyrotechnics of “Cavaltheos Foc,” presented by the Scura company. They will accompany Mr. Autumn and introduce his new Forest Fairy companion. Starting at 6:30 p.m. The route will go from the roundabout to the Youth Center in Hervás, ending back at the roundabout.
